I. METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. COD method

Payment upon receipt of the order. When the employee of the courier company comes to your place to deliver your products to you, you pay in cash the value of your order.

2. Payment by credit card

Payment of the order using a credit or debit card. To ensure the absolute security of electronic transactions through credit and debit cards, they are made through the security system of Eurobank. The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy of giopanos-shop.gr.

3. Payment by deposit in a Bank Account

You can transfer the amount of debt to one of the following bank accounts:

II. SHIPPING METHODS

Shipments within Greece are charged with shipping costs 4€. For orders over 60 € the shipment is free.

Orders are shipped from our store by Geniki Tachydromiki on the same day, as long as they have been registered by 12:00 pm on a business day and there is no problem with availability or other reason for delay (eg incomplete shipping or billing details, etc.). Once you have completed your order, you will be sent a confirmation email.

Delivery time for orders within Greece depends on the courier company and is usually 1-3 working days for large urban centers and 2-4 working days for the rest of Greece. The above delivery time does not apply to periods of force majeure, such as difficult weather conditions, strikes, holidays, etc.

In case a product is not immediately available or any of the necessary information is not available to us, you will be informed in time for the estimated delivery time.

 

ΙII. RETURN POLICY

If the product you received is defective, not suitable or you just changed your mind, you have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

1. Withdrawal

In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, the basic condition is that the product (s) be returned within 14 days from the day of the announcement of the withdrawal. The products must be accompanied by their original packaging, in excellent condition, without damage, complete and with the relevant documents. All shoes must be tested on a carpet to prevent damage.

• In case of replacement: giopanos-shop.gr will do its best to replace the returned product either because the size is not suitable or because you want another product or because the product is defective.

• In case of refund: The refund will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date of notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In any case, giopanos-shop.gr has the right to return the money, after receiving the products and checking their condition.

Shipping costs in case of return

• In case of a defective product, the cost of return shipping is borne by the store giopanos-shop.gr.

• In cases of withdrawal, unsuitable size or replacement, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

2. Order Cancellation

It is possible to cancel your order before its completion (send email from the giopanos-shop.gr store). The cancellation is possible by sending an email to the email address info@giopanos-shop.gr or by phone at 2641025201 08:30-14:00 & 17:30 – 21:00, Monday to Friday.
